For Executive Search we conduct a potential candidate research on database, competitor and aligned industry, media tracking and professional membership institutions and Networking. On completion of research, we consolidate and do a synthesis and present research to client.

We incorporate client recommendation and do a client report. Conduct Reference, Credit, and Criminal and Qualification background checks.

At least 3-4 CV’s will be forwarded to the client. Set up interview appointments according to Clients selection, thereafter we extend the offer to the successful candidate and forward regret letters to the unsuccessful candidates.

The Accounts Executive will follow up on the Client and candidate’s performance and relationship for a period of three months from starting date.

Advertising

Regular advertising is undertaken in the National Press, in specialist publications, at Universities and Technikons and through the internet at our own cost.

Our approach in identifying candidates

We conduct a preliminary research in order to have a good understanding of our client’s business, its culture and Environment and all the factors relating to its operations e.g. product, vision, competition etc.

Screening and Interviewing Candidates

Every applicant and job on our system is accurately profiled therefore matching is effective and efficient. We generally follow the following procedure:
  • Screening of Curriculum Vitae
  • Personal Interview and skills testing where appropriate
  • Reference checks, credit checks when it is an inherent requirement for the job, qualification verification and criminal checks are undertaken If required by the client.
